I’ve run the business, not just the technology.
When you ask for advice, a system or ongoing operation, you work directly with me. I bring the perspective of someone who has carried the business responsibility, built the systems underneath it and lived with what happens after launch.
For close to two decades I have worked where technology and business meet. At TELE Greenland I held senior roles as Concept & System Architect, Director of Development and later Teledirektør. The work moved from system design to running a core part of the business.
At Føroya Tele I worked with IT and development, and I have also served on its board. I have co-founded companies of my own too. That combination matters: I understand the pressure of a management decision, the detail of a technical build and the responsibility of keeping something working after it is live.
That is what you get here: senior judgment before you commit, practical execution when something should be built, and accountability when the solution needs to keep working. When the task calls for extra hands, I bring in trusted specialists, but the responsibility stays with me.
