When you ask for advice, a system or ongoing operation, you work directly with me. I have more than 25 years of experience in telecommunications and IT. I bring the perspective of someone who has carried the business responsibility, built the systems underneath it and lived with what happens after launch.
At Føroya Tele in the Faroe Islands, I was the architect behind Ver, a telecom brand built around self-service and simple solutions. Together with my colleagues, we made it easier to be a customer.
I later had the opportunity to move to Greenland and develop the same approach at TELE Greenland / TELE-POST. As Director of Development, I led the creation of Tusass, built around self-service, simple solutions and customer needs. As Telecom Director, I was responsible for the entire customer-facing operation and more than 100 employees. What began as a new concept later became the name of the whole group. Today, the company is called Tusass.
From this work, I know what it takes to make major decisions and make them work in practice.
I bring that experience to every project: listening first, understanding the need, then building solutions that solve the task as simply as possible.
