What we do

The judgment to know what to build — and the hands to build it.

Building has never been faster. Knowing what’s worth building, what to walk away from, and how to make it work inside a real business is where we start.

Most technology help comes in two halves — people who advise but can’t build, and people who build but don’t think about the business. We’re both at once, so the advice is always buildable and the build always serves the business. Nothing falls through the gap, because there is no gap.

The same rule applies to AI. It solves some tasks remarkably well — above all work that repeats itself and eats time. For other tasks it is simply the wrong tool. We tell you which is which before you spend money on it.

01
Decide

Know what’s worth doing — before you spend.

The most expensive mistakes happen before anyone builds anything: the wrong platform, the wrong vendor, the AI project that sounds good in a meeting and dies in production. We give you clear, independent judgment on what to do — and just as often, what not to. No stake in selling you more than you need.
02
Build

Make the idea actually work.

You have the concept, the strategy, the product. What’s missing is the person who can build the technology underneath it — and make it hold up when real customers, real orders and real money hit it. We build that engine. In practice that means webshops, websites, portals, integrations with ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central, and automation that takes over repetitive work. It’s also why marketing teams and agencies bring us in — they own the idea and the message, and we make the technology behind it work. You keep the idea. We make sure it runs.
03
Run and maintain

Keep it working — and easy to leave whenever you want.

A system that’s live needs looking after: updates, monitoring, the judgment to fix the right thing when something shifts. We can run it from the inside, fully accountable — and because we build it so you’re never locked in, you stay because the work is good, not because moving on would be hard.

Why KTR.

Strategy and technology, thought through together.

The business goal and the technical reality are never handled apart. We hold both from the first conversation.

Genuinely independent.

Just as often, our job is to say no. We only recommend and build what moves your business forward.

One undivided responsibility.

You don’t get the strategy from one partner and the code from another. We advise, build and stand behind the solution once it’s live.

Scaling done right

A catalogue of over a million products — searchable in an instant.

A long-running e-commerce platform, integrated with the client’s ERP, needed to add a product range of over a million items. At that scale the rules change: an approach that works fine for a few thousand products falls apart at a million. The difference between fast and unusable comes down to choosing the right technology for the real size of the problem. We built it on the right foundation for that scale — search returns results instantly, and the whole flow runs end to end on its own. No one has to touch it. It simply works.

The engine behind the campaign

Reaching over 15,000 customers — on demand, reliably.

An established business wanted to reach its customers where they now actually look: the inbox, not the doormat. The idea was theirs. The hard part was the machine underneath it — getting offers to more than 15,000 people, dependably enough to build a strategy on, with room to grow into new audiences and segments as they go. We built and run that engine. It delivers when it needs to, and simply works — so the team can focus on the offer, not the technology behind sending it.

The right amount of system

Sometimes the best build is the simplest one.

An established trade business with a physical shop and warehouse wanted to let its B2B customers order online — the same customers who already buy across the counter, each on their own negotiated pricing and terms. The obvious answer was a full e-commerce platform. The right answer was the opposite. A trade customer reordering the same parts every week doesn’t want to browse a shop. So we built something deliberately simpler, integrated with the client’s ERP: log in, see your own agreed prices and live stock, reorder from saved templates, run several orders at once for jobs in progress, submit. The online price and the counter price are always the same number. Nothing to learn — and nothing built that wasn’t needed.
